The information provided below pertains to orders shipping within the continental United States. Please call 1-866-862-4361 for an international freight quote and additional international shipping information.

If your order is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit time is typically 2 to 7 days, depending on your location. We will contact you with an estimated delivery time for special orders or out of stock products, but these products are usually shipped within 2-4 weeks.

Flooring will always be shipped truck freight, known as LTL (less than truckload). The amount of shipping you pay will depend on the weight of your order and your location. You may have your order delivered to your residence or place of business. In general, shipping to a business addresses is less expensive than a residence address.

To ensure the lowest possible price, fastest delivery time, and proper handling of your order, Shop 4 Floors will select one of several reputable freight services to deliver your purchase. Please note:

  • Delivery to a residence address is “curbside”. The driver will not be able to carry the flooring into your building.
  • You will need to be certain you have someone available to help with unloading. The driver will only bring the product to the rear of the truck. Assistance will be required to complete unloading.
  •  When your load is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and contact information for the trucking company’s terminal nearest your delivery location. The trucking company will contact you in advance to arrange an approximate delivery time. Please make sure you are ready to receive and store your flooring upon delivery. Your flooring is a finely made wood product and should be stored in a secure, dry area until it is ready to be unpacked and separated for acclimation.
  • You must carefully inspect your order on arrival for damage caused by shipping. Any damage noted must be written on the delivery receipt you will be asked to sign by the driver. We can only replace flooring with shipping damage if the damage is properly noted on the delivery receipt. Once you have signed for your shipment and the driver leaves, you will not be able to file a claim for damages. This only applies to damage caused by the trucking company. Manufacturing defects will be promptly handled as described in our Warranty.
